Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. Ensures that the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion. Additionally, Database Marketing Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Database Marketing Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Summary of Job Duties:
The Database Analyst will work with the Program Manager and other Program personnel of the Arkansas Newborn Screening Long Term Follow-Up Database Study to assure seamless project activities. This position will be primarily responsible for entering study data into REDCap data storage which has been abstracted from subject medical records across systems. This position is ideal for a graduate nursing student who wishes to gain exposure to research processes. We ask that a student plan at least a one-year commitment to the position at hire. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate course schedules.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health related field plus two (2) years of administrative experience or
- High School diploma plus six (6) years of administrative experience required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate computer program proficiency level.
Responsibilities:- Re-check other data records for quality assurance.
- Assist with special projects, such as assisting with dissemination of study findings as appropriate.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager and other Program personnel weekly to perform data entry to maintain an up-to-date and accurate study database.
- Perform second check of other data records as needed for quality assurance.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Commensurate with education and experience.
