Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. Ensures that the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion. Additionally, Database Marketing Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Responsibilities:
Design, model, develop, and support Database Management Systems DBMS
Analyze data requirements application and process architectures data dictionaries and database schemas
Design, develop, amend, optimize, and certify database schema design to meet systems requirements
Gather, analyze, and normalize relevant information related to and from business processes functions and operations to evaluate data credibility and determine relevance and meaning
Develop database and warehousing designs across multiple platforms and computing environments
Develop an overall data architecture that supports the information needs of the business in a flexible but secure environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field orr equivalent work experience
8 years of IT work experience in DBA DBMS design and support and relevant computing environments
MS Powerpoint Intermediate, Oracle Financials, Project Planning
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
