About the Team/Role
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Website Marketing to support our omni-channel demand generation strategy. In this role, you'll oversee multiple websites, driving increased sales through optimized conversion rates and enhanced user experiences. You'll employ aggressive A/B testing, effective UX strategies, and robust web content, link building, and keyword strategies to improve rankings across major search networks. This is an exciting opportunity to own and lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), playing a key role in driving business growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and implement CRO testing strategies aligned with overall campaign goals and source channels.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to maximize ROI.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics.
Optimize website copy and landing pages for better conversion.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Research and implement SEO recommendations.
Analyze competitor advertising links and develop link-building strategies.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Work with the content marketing team to drive SEO in content creation.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Experience You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years of people management experience.
5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on CRO and SEO.
Proven SEO experience.
Proficiency with WordPress.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Extensive experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Good understanding of UX practices.
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Expertise in A/B and multivariate experiments, and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely and Monetate.
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and CRO.
Experience with digital campaign architecture and execution.
3 years of experience in website strategy and management.
A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in lead generation and customer engagement through digital marketing.
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as SFDC Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, DV360, GA4.
Awareness of web design, emerging technologies, and UI frameworks.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
Strong presentation and defense skills for campaign and UI designs to various stakeholders.
Ability to accurately estimate work effort and meet aggressive schedules.
Successful completion of a background investigation.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Pay Range: $104,000.00 - $138,000.00.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
Base pay is one component of the total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission, and non-sales roles typically receive quarterly or annual bonuses.
