Under the direction of the Database Manager, the Database Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in all direct mail processes including but not limited to opening jobs, running lists, proofing, issuing vouchers/incentives/offers, etc.; will work closely with direct mail vendors as well as our advertising agency; will be responsible for communicating with patrons who inquire about their account or their offers; will handle auditing incentives for Sales and Promotions; and more.
