As the Business Solutions Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the creation and delivery of welcome/onboarding mailings to new members. Additionally, you'll gather industry facts and statistics to support the necessity of our products, demonstrating how they meet the needs of our members and providing evidence of their effectiveness through data and research.

Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management:
Develop and maintain various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with our brand's messaging and appeal to our target audience.
Conduct research to craft educational and promotional content that effectively communicates the benefits of our products to potential clients.
Member Communication And Engagement
Manage Welcome/Onboarding Member mailings, ensuring timely delivery of relevant information to new members.
Gather industry facts and statistics to support the necessity of our products and demonstrate their effectiveness.
Administrative Support And Coordination
Attend departmental meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute them to ensure alignment with ongoing initiatives.
Contribute to the monthly broker newsletter and collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Team for timely launches.
Assist in tracking marketing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions for future strategies.
Education, Knowledge, And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on business solutions marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Physical Requirements/ Work Environment
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
Some overnight travel may be required, including by airplane.
Event support may involve walking, sitting, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling.
