Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. We've invented and developed a revolutionary type of sonar that shows the user a 3D image of the underwater environment in front of their vessel (similar to radar, but in 3D and underwater). The primary focus of this position is to engage the audience and build relationships with various sectors of the marine industry including yachting, cruise, government, and military. This is done through three main competencies: personal communications, creative outreach, and data analysis and management. The candidate will be integral in generating sales and cultivating long-lasting relationships.
Personal Communications
The main focus of this position is on communications. The company aims to develop trust and cultivate interest through education and brand awareness. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with our global dealer network, shipbuilders, customers, and potential customers. The candidate is expected to assist in turning leads into sales and cultivating relationships.
Creative Outreach
Experience in providing creative solutions based on customer needs and developing engaging content to capture the attention of the audience is at the center of this position. It all begins with understanding the audience and knowing how to assist and engage them. The candidate must be comfortable with Social Media and have the ability to create professional posts. Previous experience with email marketing platforms, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Data Analysis and Data Management
One important aspect of this position is to be able to optimize marketing efforts, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to achieve a high level of audience engagement. This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to prepare reports of progress, results, and forecasts to present to stakeholders using key metrics. The candidate should be comfortable using computer-based tools for tracking marketing efforts, the sales journey, and customer communications. Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM is helpful.
