Position Summary

Co-management of the system operating and capital budget processes. Core Job Functions
- Participates in the maintenance of Hospital Adviser software. Shares responsibility for data entry, review, and adjustment for long range projections within Hospital Adviser. Participate in discussions with senior management concerning plans and the related financial projections.
- Timely and accurate reporting of labor hours and dollars on a biweekly basis. Assists system management in managing their department labor costs. Gathers and inputs statistics on a timely basis for entry into the financials, testing the results for appropriateness.
- Manages the EPSi budget system, including all maintenance, data files and data sets, security, and all data feeds, projections, and reports. Provides education to both finance staff and system users. Establishes and manages the flex budget function appropriately and provides reports as requested by COO and CFO.
- Oversees new manager orientation. Trains finance staff on the EPSi system, both budget and actual results reporting. Serves as security manager for EPSi.
