Performs monthly financial statement reporting and analysis and assists in the annual capital and operational budget process# Required Skills # Qualifications: Bachelor#s degree in Accounting or Finance required. One to three years# experience as a Healthcare, Financial, Cost Accounting, or Decision Support Analyst. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and other data management systems is required. Knowledge of reporting, financial and cost accounting systems and electronic medical records systems preferred.# Previous experience in healthcare preferred in a health system. Possess advanced analytical, detail oriented, technical, and problem-solving skills.# Self-driven with creative approach to problem solving, able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines. Diligent nature to detect, track and resolve technical problems involving a variety of financial reporting systems. Capable of synthesizing complex data sets and communicating findings effectively to different audiences. Possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in order to present results of statistical and financial findings in laymen#s terms for business customers.
