Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Analytics Professional 2 to join the team working remote anywhere in the US or in Miami, FL. In this role, you will develop marketing strategies and deliver promotional marketing messages to consumers online with the intent of generating traffic and sales on the organization's e-commerce site through conception, coordination, and control of Internet/Digital Marketing.
Key Functions
Plan, develop, and implement internet marketing strategies to promote products/brands and services online (e.g., email, search engine, social media, display and mobile advertising, etc.)
Analyze online traffic analytics and develop actions to improve marketing campaign performance
Identify online marketing and buy trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance
Develop e-marketing content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, e-magazines, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.)
To be successful in this role, you must be very detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to identify holes in data and provide reporting solutions are also critical to success.
Though it is preferred that candidates are located in Miami, FL for in-person collaboration, we will consider 100% remote/work-from-home anywhere in the US for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1 years of digital marketing, communications or similar experience
Basic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including DoubleClick for Advertisers, Omniture, Adobe or Google Analytics, and/or Google AdWords
Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, computer science or information technology
Prior health insurance industry experience
Prior ad agency experience
Prior digital marketing experience especially in paid search, display, and paid social or related field
