Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a 3-person client services team that is growing, including a Media Buyer, an Email & SMS Marketing Manager, a Marketing Coordinator, and future roles such as Account Executives and Project Managers.
Conduct frequent client communications and performance status update meetings, effectively communicating strategic insights and progress.
Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies that drive client success on digital platforms, particularly through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Leverage data to create narratives that are easily understandable for clients, transforming insights into actionable plans that exceed client goals.
Promote a culture of growth and learning within the team, guiding members to new heights in their professional development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing agency setting, with direct client interaction and strategy development responsibilities.
Proven leadership or management experience.
Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various data analysis tools. Experience with attribution tools like TripleWhale is a plus.
