Job Description

A Spectrum of Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Administer medications and provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry
• Document client progress and report any changes to the supervising nurse
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
