Company Description
As a licensed US Customshouse broker, CITTA Brokerage Company (CBC) works with importers and
exporters to minimize the impact of import duties and tariffs through the creation and maintenance of
duty drawback programs. These programs can be complicated to manage and CITTA works with clients
to simplify the process and maximize refunds. While other customshouse brokers may offer drawback
services as an ancillary benefit, CITTA’s exclusive focus on this niche allows us to be the market-leading
experts in drawback services.
Since 2018 the number of tariffs and duties collected by the US Government has increased by over
100%, increasing the market for drawback refunds 3x. Duty drawback is an underutilized approach to
minimizing the impact of tariffs. Most new clients are implementing a drawback program for the first
time.
CITTA has operated for nearly 40 years as a family-owned business. In 2022 CITTA was acquired by a
group of operators with the focus on driving growth in this underserved market. We are looking for
energetic individuals who are eager to contribute to this growth.
