exporters to minimize the impact of import duties and tariffs through the creation and maintenance of

duty drawback programs. These programs can be complicated to manage and CITTA works with clients

to simplify the process and maximize refunds. While other customshouse brokers may offer drawback

Since 2018 the number of tariffs and duties collected by the US Government has increased by over

100%, increasing the market for drawback refunds 3x. Duty drawback is an underutilized approach to

minimizing the impact of tariffs. Most new clients are implementing a drawback program for the first

time.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Project Manager at CITTA Brokerage Company (CBC) located in

Ogden, UT. As a Project Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include Data Entry and Verification,

identifying project goals and scope while solving Issues that arise and documenting multiple project

tasks. You will be responsible for processing claims while maintaining customer satisfaction,

maintaining customer accounts and relationships, and building our team with drive while contributing

to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM

• Proficient in 10 Key

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent critical thinking skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Be able to create a positive and productive team dynamic

• 1-2 years Data Entry experience preferred
