Distribution Clerk, Sr. performs a variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative duties to support operations of a distribution center. Monitors inventory levels to ensure sufficient levels are available to fulfill all orders. Being a Distribution Clerk, Sr. ensures that all required paperwork, including labels, packing lists, and transport instructions, is prepared. Utilizes tracking systems to input or look up information. Additionally, Distribution Clerk, Sr. complies with all OSHA and other regulations, policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Distribution Clerk, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Job Brief
As a Distribution Clerk, you will provide customer service as it relates to transportation in and out of the Cheyenne plant. You will be responsible for coordinating with Salt Lake City personnel regarding customer orders.
Starting pay is $23.93
Schedule:
Day shift every other week: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Night shift every other week: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Some on call as needed.

What You’ll Do
As a Distribution Clerk, you will provide cu s to m er s er v i c e a s i tre l at e sto tra n s p o r ta t i o n i n a n d o utofthe C h e y e n ne p l a nt. You will be responsible for coordinating with Salt Lake City personnel regarding customer orders. This position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and be mentored to progress into other positions in the distribution department. - Develop the knowledge and skills to complete railcar receiving, shipping, providing the required customer notifications and maintaining railcar documentation to assist the Logistics Coordinator when need .
