District Retail Sales Manager jobs in Ohio

Our client is looking for an experienced multi-unit manager with restaurant/food-beverage experience to oversee all aspects of customer service, operations, team development, sales and profitability!

Salary range from 80-92k plus bonus depending on experience.

Only backgrounds with restaurant/food and beverage will be considered.

Looking for a roll up your sleeves leader who understands the true meaning of customer experience.

Responsibilities to include:

• Coaching, training and leading by example for entire team.
• Promoting, service, culture and efficiency
• Manage operational performance of all units working with Store Managers to meet KPI's, Metrics and Sales Goals
• Drive culture through diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Develop future leaders
• Control operational costs including payroll
• Communicate with senior leadership regarding any operational, sales or customer concerns
• Maintain a safe, clean, inviting environment in all locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quick service & fast food restaurant: 5 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant management: 5 years (Preferred)
