    GENERAL FUNCTION:

    In partnership with the Dividend Leadership team and other key business stakeholders, this position is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation and execution of LOB pricing strategies and valuation methodologies. This position leads a team of analysts in a coordinated manner to ensure accurate pricing of products/services and valuations of the portfolio, enabling informed decision-making and maximizing profitability.

    As a Dividend and Fifth Third Bank team member, you will be responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work closely with LOB leader and key partners to develop product / pricing opportunities that enhance execution and profitability.

    • Oversee the pricing function for the LOB ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates.

    • Develop and manage pricing models.

    • Oversee best execution to achieve maximum returns given pricing parameters.

    • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

    • Lead the valuation process for various assets, including financial instruments, investments, and business acquisitions.

    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to optimize pricing structures and maximize revenue.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, marketing, and product management to assess pricing impact on profitability and market positioning.

    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate pricing proposals, assess risk factors, and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Establish pricing models, frameworks, and tools to support pricing decisions and enhance pricing transparency.

    • Monitor and review pricing performance metrics, KPIs, and financial indicators to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in pricing and valuations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the pricing and valuations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    • Communicate pricing strategies, valuation insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders effectively.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    • 10 years of analytical experience in consumer finance; indirect lending experience is a plus

    • 5 years in pricing, valuation, financial analysis, or related roles, with a track record of success in a managerial capacity.

    • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.

    • Experience with R/ Python, Excel and BI/data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) is preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.

    • Ability to communicate effectively.

    • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

    WORKING CONDITIONS:
    • Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature, etc.

    • Extended time at desk and/or viewing computer screen
