Document Control Manager oversees document and record control operations, policies, and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Establishes security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents. Being a Document Control Manager evaluates media formats and recommends storage requirements to protect and secure records/information. Develops and manages access and control procedures to comply with requirements for varying levels of security classifications specified by the governing authority. Additionally, Document Control Manager maintains auditing, monitoring, and change control systems to ensure document integrity, quality, and version control. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a director. The Document Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Document Control Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     As a sales manager, your primary focus will be to manage a team of sales representatives who sell KYOCERA's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list. Specific job duties will involve training, developing, and coaching current and new sales representatives to success. You will be required to achieve 100% of quota through management of a team. You will also be responsible for interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly plan, and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts, and ride days.

    Responsibilities

             Manages a minimum size team of no less than 3 and no more than 8 sales reps.

             Leads, motivates, and counsels the sales team, to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue, gross profit, unit placement, expense, and equipment contributions projections while maintaining teamwork and the highest level of customer service.

             Achieve quotas as assigned.

             Plans, coaches, trains, advises, and reviews with individual sales representative their progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets and assist them in their career planning, training, and growth; recommends and facilitates appropriate development opportunities.

             Schedules and hosts periodic informational team meetings and team-building exercises. Supports and advocates headquarter initiatives.

             Facilitates a team-based, inclusive work environment to promote sales across the business line and drive employee and customer retention.

             Builds account structure and territories for sales representatives.

             Works with customers and appropriate internal staff to resolve customer issues and complaints.

             Proactively builds an internal and external pipeline of sales representative candidates and introduces products and services via outreach efforts.

             Facilitates communication and cooperation between teams and marketplaces. Achieve quotas as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required:

             Bachelor’s degree required.

             A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Office Technology Industry

             Proficiency in MS Office products required.

             Excellent written and verbal communication skills

             Strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a Sales team.

             Interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry, and excellent time management skills.
