        • Performs aspects of the document imaging process to include preparation of documents for scanning, scanning the documents, indexing the images, and operating the scanner. Follows established policies and procedures.
        • Reviews scanned documents for completeness and ensures the integrity of prepping and batching financial documents.
        • Indexes documents with the appropriate identifiers and rescans poor quality documents in order to in order to ensure legibility and irretrievability of imaged documents.
        • Monitors and verifies that electronic imaging workflows are functioning appropriately.
        • Retrieves assigned documentation as required for internal and/or external auditing purposes.
        • Delivers business office documents daily to various Med Center Health departments.
