Drilling Engineer jobs in Illinois
Drilling Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of oil and gas wells. Performs design evaluations and recommends alterations to improve safety, costs, and efficiency. Being a Drilling Engineer may conduct risk assessment and cost estimation. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Drilling Engineer is familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Additional training and qualifications can be added for oilfield pump truck operations in specialty oil well services.
This is a FULL TIME position, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
