Drilling Operations Director directs and oversees the drilling, production, and engineering operations for an organization. Oversees all aspects of planning and executing drilling projects, developing oil and gas fields, and analyzing reserves. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, as a member of the Superintendent's Cabinet Team, the Director of Operations plays an integral role in ensuring the effective and efficient daily operations or the Rochester School District. The Director of Operations enhances and supports the infrastructure that allows RSD to continue to fulfill its vision and mission.
The Director of Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the day to day infrastructure operations and long-term strategic capital planning of the school district. The Director of Operations is entrusted to direct and oversee the following functions: Technology, Facilities, Food Services, Transportation, Health & Safety and other general operational functions. The Director of Operations is also responsible to work cooperatively with the School Board and/or its designee in its governance and fiduciary responsibility and provide periodic status reports to the Board.
