The Director of Operations will oversee the operations of SENTA Partners’ ENT and Allergy private practice, South Carolina ENT, Allergy & Sleep Medicine (SCENT). The Director of Operations will collaborate closely with practice
managers, physicians, and the corporate leadership team.
Operational Management:- Oversee daily operations of ENT and Allergy private practices within This includes, but is not limited to, facilities management, schedule management, equipment management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.

- Coordinate with practice managers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in ENT or related specialties.
