Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop training programs based on identified needs using methodologies such as ADDIE
- Create engaging training content and materials including presentations, guides, and multimedia
- Deliver training sessions to employees using various methods such as in-person sessions, webinars, or e-learning platforms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources effectively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field
- Proven experience in adult education, curriculum development, and instructional design
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information
- Proficiency in SCORM standards for e-learning content development
- Ability to educate, communicate, and engage with diverse audiences
