Schedule: Mon-Fri (Overtime is offered but not required)

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow instructions from a supervisor.
• Aptitude in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall including texture matching.
• Executes on-site job requirements in a timely manner.
• Determines and clearly identifies proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
• Read instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
• Apply drywall to walls or ceilings.
• Using tape and plaster to join drywall panels.
• Have the ability to repair any cracks or damage on the drywall.
• Sanding down areas on the drywall.
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.

We are seeking skilled and experienced drywall installers to renovate multiple apartments. Job duties include but are not limited to hanging, tape, finishing, texture matching, demo and repairs. Must have the ability to work with little supervision. Must also have thorough knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved. Ideal candidate should be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a drywall installer
• References to certify professional experience and skill. (Minimum of 3 valid references from previous employer)

• Must be able to reliably Commute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
