Position Summary: The Coordinator of the Rhode Island Teen Institute (RITI) Program plays a pivotal role in facilitating statewide leadership and prevention initiative aimed at empowering high school-aged peer leaders. This position entails overseeing the logistical aspects of the Teen Institute, including participant recruitment, selection, and coordination of the residential training conference. The coordinator works closely with youth participants, adult sponsors, and program staff to ensure the successful execution of the program's mission and objectives.

May be assigned to work on both long and short-term projects and have more than one project assignment at any given time.
Hours & Attendance Requirements: 20 hours per week (M-F) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, particularly during program conference periods.

Effectively plan and organize work and complete tasks within prescribed timeframes.
Travel required, reimbursed within travel budget.
