Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an EHR Project Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager/Environmental Scientist to join their Newark, DE or Blue Bell, PA office.
Your Role and Qualifications:
Will be responsible for managing large projects and supporting program/contract management, mentoring project and task managers, client service/account management, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and leading multi-disciplinary teams of scientists, analysts, and engineers.

Education and Certifications:
A Bachelor's of Science Degree with a concentration in a physical science is required. OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and FEMA ICS-100 and 200 a plus.
Work Environment:
The position's primary work environment is an office. The position will require occasional travel to client sites and other locations to conduct meetings, site visits, etc. Some occasional evening and/or weekend work and/or travel will be required.
