EHR Project Manager, Sr. is responsible for the coordination and completion of complex projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager, Sr. sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager, Sr. resolves any development issues or team member performance issues. Prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires EPIC Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an EHR Project Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Sr. Manager Marketing TROP2 ADC HCP

    The Senior Manager will play a critical role in executing our TROP2 ADC marketing plans for different indications, and also work in partnership with the other marketing teams in Lung and Breast cancer franchises. 

    You will work closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Global Commercial Operations, Sales Training, and Medical teams. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with our alliance partner, Daiichi Sankyo. You will also collaborate with the broader ADC lung and breast cancer marketing teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead creation and delivery of core HCP assets for launch
    • Work on key brand team marketing projects such as customer engagement, customer profiling and educational activities
    • Develop peer to peer strategies
    • Build strong alliances with Daiichi Sankyo and AZ internal stakeholders including other brand team members, sales, training, and medical teams to coordinate execution across organizations.
    • You will work with internal and external partners to define success metrics and analyze the performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis.
    • You will also ensure plans are optimized as needed to improve impact and develop recommendations for future marketing based on resulting measures.
    • Partner seamlessly with customer-facing teams such as Sales, Field Marketing, Nurse Education, and Medical.
    • Engage in the annual brand operational planning process by shaping the tactical plan and budget with a specific focus on business growth activities within TROP2 ADC Lung Cancer franchise
    • Budget control 
    • Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets.

    Essential Education and Experience: 

    A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, along with 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

    The experience should be in one or more of the following areas: brand marketing, sales, managed markets, market research/analytics, and strategic planning. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in agency management and annual budget planning.

    If the candidate has an MBA, PhD, or Pharm D degree, then 2 years of experience is required.  

    Desirable Skills/Experience:

    • MBA in relevant field 
    • Customer-facing or in-line marketing experience preferred
    • Oncology experience – lung cancer and/or breast cancer
