GECU is looking for an experienced Member Service Representative to join our awesome team! The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and member-focused who will continue our tradition of excellent member service. Tasks include receiving and processing transactions for members, answering phones, assisting members with questions or issues related to their accounts or services, filing, and other teller-related tasks. Experience with IRAs and new account procedures is a plus.

Hours are 8-5, M-F, with drive-thru hours on Saturdays 9-12 (typically 1-2 days a month). Very competitive starting pay, and fantastic benefits including health insurance, 401k and a defined benefit pension, vacation, Holiday pay, PTO and more.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Possess a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in general math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
