GECU is looking for an experienced Member Service Representative to join our awesome team! The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and member-focused who will continue our tradition of excellent member service. Tasks include receiving and processing transactions for members, answering phones, assisting members with questions or issues related to their accounts or services, filing, and other teller-related tasks. Experience with IRAs and new account procedures is a plus.
