- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in power distribution and motor control systems and technologies.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer specifications and project requirements.
- Develop compelling proposals that address customer needs and showcase the value of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related questions.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a minimum of 5 years experience in industry
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial electrical products and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe applications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to successfully work autonomously.
- Travel as needed.
