Electroencephalograph Technologist operates specialized equipment which measures and records electrical activity of the brain, peripheral nervous system, and spinal cord. Assists in the analysis and diagnosis of disorders in the brain and nervous system such as brain tumors, sleep disorders, strokes and epilepsy. Being an Electroencephalograph Technologist requires an associate degree in related area. Requires certification by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologies. Additionally, Electroencephalograph Technologist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Electroencephalograph Technologist independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. To be an Electroencephalograph Technologist typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. Our services are performed with the utmost care, expertise, integrity and respect for the patient.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm. Additional hours may be required depending on business needs. Hours may also vary during the initial training period.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour plus a 2nd shift differential.
