Customer Service
Previous experience using cosmetic lasers. Individual MUST be a licensed electrologist. Tattoo license required for microneedling. Individuals should be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment and have 5-star customer service and sales skills.

· Be available for trainings.

· Take inventory of supplies in your working area.
· Sterilize all beauty equipment after each use.
· Provide consultation with client's pictures and videos before the appointment.
· Be aware of all the promotions and treatments in the spa.
· Spanish/English fluently speaking/writing required.
· Discretion with confidential client information is a must.
· Proven success in sales.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish)
· Proactively seek client reviews and referrals.
Requirements
Able to perform the following physical duties including, but not limited to:
· Continuous standing/ walking for a minimum of 8 hours.
· Unpack and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
· Continuous bending of neck, arms, torso, and legs for a minimum of 8 hours.
· Stock and fill shelves, drawers, and stations.
· Work in a fragrance filled environment.
· Physical contact with clients/ customers.
· Maintain compliance with State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and State Board of Health rules and regulations.
· Consistent and reliable attendance.
· Accurate use of timekeeping system.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
· Strong communication skills.
· Self motivated/ Self starter.
· Adept at problem solving.
· Flexible and adaptable to customer needs.
· This position requires that the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check.
