Job Summary:
Coast2Coast Public Safety is seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team. The EMT will respond to Inter-Facility calls within the area as well as back fill the 911 system as needed. Coast2Coast does not take wait and returns or discharges out of the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill or injured
- Assess the nature of the patient's condition and manage injuries or illnesses following established protocols
- Perform triage, physical examinations, and vital sign assessments
- Safely transport patients to medical facilities while providing appropriate medical care during transit
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited EMT training program
- Valid EMT certification/license in the state of Montana
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and patient care techniques
- Experience working as an EMT (preferred)
- Ability to perform physical examinations and triage patients effectively
