    Reporting to the Service Line Director, the Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services will be accountable for overseeing all administrative and clinical operations over a large, very busy emergency department that oversees over 75,000 annual visits throughout the Adult ED department alone.. The Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services and will be supported by a team of Nurse Managers, Educators, specialists, technicians and ancillary staff. Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services include managing the department budgets, preparing for all upcoming accreditation and surveys, updating policy procedures, developing strategic short and long term growth initiatives, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

    Ideally, the Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services should hold an active RN license, prior leadership experience, and a clinical background working in a fast-paced emergency department.
