Supervisor: Farm Food and Beverage Services Manager

Location: On-site (99 Inn Road, Shelburne, VT 05482)
Start & End Date: May - October
Pay Rate: $25 -$30/hour
Work Schedule: 4-5 days per week, open 7 days/week, Breakfast & Dinner shift available (6AM- 2PM or 3PM - 11PM)

● Restaurant and staff management experience with particular emphasis on farm to plate dining establishments.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent guest service acumen and strong written/verbal communications skills
● Understanding of and enthusiasm for the Farm’s mission, core values and business model
● Experience with POS and online reservation systems.
