Employee Relocation Representative facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation. Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Position Objective:
Support the client relations team with centralized communications for the team and preparing presentation materials by utilizing proactive, creative, and intuitive skills that reflect approved NEI branding and professional standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with various internal departments to manage and maintain consistent NEI and client branding
· Design and create new PowerPoint slides utilizing NEI branding standards
· Works closely with Marketing and Sales Services Support in maintaining library of materials
· Assists in event planning and NEI’s participation at industry events as needed
· Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations, handouts, gifts, etc.
· Manage logistics for on-site client visits
· Create, update and maintain team charts, process flowcharts, timelines, and other client specific documents
· Proofread, review, and convert content into approved NEI format
· Prepare client mailing, notifications, and announcements
· Manage tracking and reporting of client specific projects
· Create bios in approved format for team members
· Maintain team document library, including timelines, checklists, flowcharts, etc.
· Participate in training and or client meetings as requested in support of your manager and team
· Assist with additional client and team support as needed
Qualifications:
· Advanced level with Microsoft products (Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
· Ability to creatively design within set branding guidelines.
· Ability to meet deadlines and present accurate documentation that is easy to read and concise.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Capable of taking direction from multiple team members.
· Have ability to prioritize tasks and seek direction from manager when appropriate.
· A minimum of one year of relocation industry experience preferred but not required.
