    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and manage sales efforts within the public safety market, with a particular focus on dispatch services. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-energy sales team, and expanding Xybix's presence in critical command environments.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the public safety market, with a focus on dispatch services.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the public safety industry.

    • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to expand Xybix's presence within the public safety sector.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.

    • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.

    • Directly responsible for the company’s revenue in the assigned channel/region, including dispatch channel development, launch, management, and growth.

    • Develop and execute sales plans and market strategies for dispatch, federal, and general industry channels.

    • Efficiently oversee and manage the team of sales professionals in these channels.

    • Provide accurate competitive market analysis to company leadership and customer feedback on Xybix products and services.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of sales or professional experience in comparable industries, with at least 4 years in a senior or sales management position.

    • Proven track record of success in consultative sales, preferably within the public safety or related industry.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.

    • Passion for improving public safety and enhancing the lives of professionals in critical command environments.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base pay: $100,000 commission.
