Description
Responsible for calling for assistance on guest, supervisors and attendants requests. Monitors calls to ascertain that all calls are completed in a timely fashion.
Maintains inventory on room attendant keys and hard keys. Acts as direct liaison with hotel guests and works diligently to fulfill all of their requests or issues.
Responsible for reporting room conditions that need to be addressed or corrected.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge of hotel computer system is desired. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
