Sales Representative

Compensation: $50,000-$600,000 per year starting pay. After 60-90 days of training will adjust to base salary plus commission estimated at $75,000-$120,000 per year

Position: We are looking for a motivated full-time Sales Representative at our Fairbanks location. Primary responsibilities are as follows:

· Learning product information rapidly to effectively facilitate recommendations to customers.

· Answering phones, greeting customers, and completing sales transactions

· Perform in-home site visits to determine delivery requirements and accessibility

· Organizing and merchandising products in the showroom.

· Cleaning and maintaining the showroom.

· Attending sales meetings and training/education opportunities.

· Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Schedule: Average of 40-50 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays, plus some Sundays during show season.

Requirements:

• People Person with Great Customer Service Skills
• Effective Communication Skills
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
• General computer (Google Suite and Microsoft Office) and typing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability and willingness to learn new information and skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Desired Skills:

· 2 Years Experience in Sales Preferred

· 1 Year Experience of Customer Service

· General computer (Google Suite and Microsoft Office) and typing skills
