Job duties include:
· Manages, directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in the revenue and cash generating cycle, including billing and collecting
· Tracks revenue cycle metrics and associated benchmarks to identify and replicate best practice improvement opportunities using key internal data
· Operationalize payment terms for new client contracts and changes to existing contractual agreements and partner with Legal, Operations and Solution Design
· Responsible for identifying and implementing control and process improvements, simplification measures and outsourcing opportunities in financial processes in conjunction with other groups to drive process consistency and efficiency.
· Coordinates and collaborates with leadership and operational account owners to ensure timely resolution to revenue cycle issues
· Act as the Company’s subject matter expert in regard to coding/billing questions
· Assist with the management of annual financial audits and monthly reporting for board meetings
The experience we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA or CPA track is a plus
· Minimum of 10 years of billing related work experience, 5 years of management experience is preferred.
· Proven experience in process improvement and driving standardization across billing operations.
· Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP). Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills
· Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
