Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our team. The Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and managing the billing team effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Train, mentor, and supervise billing staff
- Prepare financial reports related to billing activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting billing practices

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Billing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $39,998.03 - $48,169.67 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
