Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Grand Rapids, MI that is seeking an Enterprise Director of IT. Summary: The Director of IT is responsible for overall leadership and direction of the IT department. The Director will also be responsible for setting overall strategic direction for the organization's technology and systems. This role will work with business department leaders to ensure that IT aligns with business processes to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10 years of experience as an Information Systems Manager
• Strong experience leading technology in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Extensive experience in enterprise application development, implementation, and management
• Experience managing budgets and costs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
