Horizons has immediate openings for a licensed Project Manager with a focus on the development and design of infrastructure projects for municipalities and community systems. This position would be responsible for civil engineering design and permitting of infrastructure (water, sewer, storm) for our growing base of municipal and community clients. The position includes project and client management. While the position focuses on our infrastructure development market, the position may also support residential, commercial, resort and institutional projects.
