Equipment Manager manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function. Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Manager minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed. Additionally, Equipment Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Equipment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     The Aggregate Sales Specialist is responsible for territory sales management and customer relationships, directing the Company’s sales efforts and achieving the Company’s performance goals both financially and in market share within their assigned geographical territory. Unlike typical rolling stock sales requirements, this candidate will possess the ability to setup, run and efficiently demonstrate all screening and crushing equipment that the Company represents. This individual will accomplish these goals by working along with the necessary sales management, parts and service key players at each of the Company’s locations.

    WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL;

    • Consistently meets or exceeds individual sales and profits goals, which are set annually
    • Manage geographical sales territory
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers within identified territory
    • Provide monthly sales forecasts on a timely basis
    • Maintain and update CRM regularly
    • Ensure that all product and sales training is completed with prescribed timeline
    • Use and maintain Company facilities and vehicles in a safe and professional manner
    • Ensure timely processing of required paperwork i.e. Rental Contracts, Sales/Lease Contracts, collection of payment, insurance binders, etc.
    • Provide accurate trade appraisals data to ensure timely and accurate assessments
    • Facilitate the timely completion of deals by serving as liaison with customer
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Consummate screening and crushing industry knowledge
    • Sufficient product knowledge (explain and demonstrate)
    • Strict attention to detail
    • Ability to generate leads, find opportunities and secure business
    • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of successful selling crushing/screening equipment in the New England market OR
    • Associates degree and 10 years of related experience
