What You'll Do
As a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant with the company. you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to buy, renovate, and resell homes across the nation. Your responsibilities will include:- Following up on leads, evaluating properties, analyzing market comparables, and acquiring new homes.
- Negotiating acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
- Conducting thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and preparing contracts for ratification.
- Estimating repair costs and determining the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
- Meeting with homeowners face-to-face to present offers at their properties.
- Collaborating with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.
To excel in this role, you'll need:- 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Consistent ranking within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
