Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. The Director of Institutional Advancement and Mission Integration reports to the principal and will work closely with the Principal and President to promote the mission of Northside Catholic Academy through relationships with NCA’s four parishes and the local community. S/he will lead fundraising and marketing efforts and be responsible for relationships with major donors, foundations, and alumni.
