Ethics and Mission Integration Director jobs in New Mexico
Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Description
The Mission Planner will review mission objectives as defined by the US Government, define Air Force mission support system data requirements, develop mission profiles, and mission guides, and generate training mission folders. The Mission Planner will develop a validation/verification plan, validate mission on WST is compliant with the mission folder and the mission on WST meets the training mission objectives.
- Develop, test, monitor, direct, and status all planned missions.
- Enhance the mission generation process, recommend mission planning infrastructure, and incorporate these processes and enforce this standardization.
- Remain cognizant of new visual, radar, and image processing/generation techniques.
- Comprehend all database formats (Digital Terrain and Elevation Data (ETED), Digital Features and Elevation Data (DFED)) currently used to support B-52 mission planning.
- Keep abreast of tactics and methods of B-52 employment.
- Maintain concurrency in the Air Force Mission Planning Systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- 3 years of directly related experience
- 5 years of Air Force Mission Support System (AFMSS) experience with experience generating Avionics Midlife Improvement (AMI) missions for the B-52 aircraft.
- Obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense (DoD) secret personnel security clearance.
- US Citizenship is required.
