• Responsible for fostering a fun environment
• Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
• Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
• Completing projects related to key business priorities at home property.
• Completing rotations throughout property for all functional areas within jurisdictional approval.
• Providing support to functional leaders
• Building relationships with department leaders, executive team, supervisors, and team members
• Developing and presenting a final project.

Must have enrolled in junior year of college and be actively enrolled in an accredited, 4-year college or university with an interest in internship focus area (.

• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have desire to drive results and participate in rotational schedule.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, including evening and night shifts during rotational schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age by beginning of internship
• Must be eligible to work full time in the United States.
• Must be available for the duration of the program for full time employment (40hrs / week).
