GEICO's Talent Recruiting team is looking for an Executive Recruiter to direct the team & advance the business by recruiting top talent for strategic, executive, and hard-to-fill or niche positions. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop and implement unique programs & strategies to transform our business on how we attract, engage, and recruit diverse top talent. The selected candidate is passionate about the candidate experience, developing prospects into candidates through engagement, assessment & innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment organization. In partnership with the business, the Executive Recruiter will source, effectively manage recruiters and candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide guidance to our recruiting teams and participate in projects that enhance the overall recruiting experience. This role will report to the Head of Talent Recruiting.

Annual Salary

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
