Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are looking for an experienced Area Facility Operations Specialist to support operations of a number of government facilities.
Background. The 9th MSC DPW has full responsibility for Real Property Ownership and Base Operations Support throughout the Pacific. 9th MSC responsibilities include real property spread out over eight remote locations, including the islands of American Samoa, Guam, and Saipan, as well as the states of Alaska and Hawaii.
Scope of Work:
The AFOS shall provide support services to perform Real Property Ownership and Base Operations and Support (BASOPS) services. The AFOS shall provide facility maintenance evaluations and technical project support required to assist the 9th Mission Support Command (MSC) perform Sustainment, Restoration, and Moderation (SRM) support services for the 9th MSC area of operations. The AFOS shall provide installation status reporting, maintenance and repair project design, data entry into Army databases of record, documenting facility condition and utilization, and providing technical evaluations of current facilities.

1) Support a wide variety of work requirements associated with inspecting, monitoring, reviewing, and managing facilities sustainment, repair and maintenance, construction projects, and service contracts for a wide variety of clients;
2) Interacting, via meetings or other methods, with internal and external stake holders to resolve issues of facilities job status, priorities, milestones, tracking procedures and schedules to eliminate conflicts and facilitate timely project completion.
