Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Safety/Emergency Response Specialist is responsible for driving the Organization's Safety and Emergency Response culture, knowledge, compliance and assurance through knowledge of the work processes and implementation of the job duties below.
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from timeto time in their sole and complete discretion.
Aminimum of 10 years' experience in Plant Production, Maintenance Turnaround, Projects, Safety, or associated Technical Field.
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and/or Emergency Response related field.
Specialized Emergency Response Training (i.e. Hazmat Technician (NFPA 472), Industrial Exterior Fire Brigade Training (NFPA 1081))
Professional Certification: ASP/CSP, CIH
May direct or lead the work of others from time-to-time.
Office based, field based and, with travel up to 30% of the time by land or air is required. Petroleum refinery, and out-of-door environments, including, but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks and rotating equipment, fumes or airborne particles and loud noises and vibrations. Required to work in all temperatures including outdoors and confined spaces. Subject to varying road and weather conditions.
Job conditions require standing, walking, sitting, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, making precise hand & finger movements, reaching and grasping, lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs., pushing and/or pulling up to 15 lbs. and climbing up to 50 ft., ability to wear personal protective equipment and strenuous physical activity.

This position has a salary minimum of$89,200.00and maximum of$156,000.00.
