Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Exercise Specialist to join our South Bangerter team in collaboration with Registered Physical Therapists (RPT), which is a Mountain Land partner company. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the medical field with a company that will support your personal and professional goals. In addition to an hourly wage, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Pre-PT Pathway which will teach you how to get into Physical Therapy school. If you complete the pathway and work at least 800 hours at Mountain Land, you will receive a $3,000 scholarship for PT school ($1,500 for PT Assistant school) and a $5,000 sign on bonus if you are hired back as a PT after graduation ($1,500 for PTA).
Don't know what an Exercise Specialist does? Don't worry about it! This position is intended for recent college graduates with little to no experience in the medical field who are willing and eager to learn. Our experienced team wants to train you to be future Physical Therapists, Doctors, Athletic Trainers, or Healthcare Administrators. You will receive on the job training by working side-by-side with licensed Physical Therapists. Your day-to-day will include working with patients to assist with needs, exercises, and check-ins.
