Digital Marketing Designer

Designer Greetings, one of the largest greeting card publisher in North America, seeks a talented and hands on experienced Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, experience in content creation, and proficient in managing various social media platforms and website maintenance. Additionally, has experience with designing catalogs for print and digital, video editing, animation, and social content at large.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executives and employees on overall brand message
• Meet with team weekly to determine project plans/schedule.

· Create compelling and engaging designs for digital and print channels including but not limited to email campaigns, social media campaigns, text graphics (static GIFs), print, video that support company’s business goals

· Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

• Develop, create and manage sales presentation assets
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Revise published work to promote brand consistency and overall clarity

Requirements:

· BS/BA in Digital Design, Marketing or a similar relevant field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Work spanning graphic design, performance marketing, landing pages, website, and general collateral with depth in digital and asset creation

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and all manners of digital design

• Strong knowledge of video, audio, and photo editing

· Experience with video editing tools using after effects and Premiere Pro is a must. Familiarity with and Animation and Motion Design Principles.

• Experience designating websites with adobe XD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Work alongside our media team to produce beautiful, branded advertising, including static and motion (video) ads
• Proficiency designing for major social media platforms and social media management tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google

· Experience designing with PowerPoint

· Experience with B2B, B2C social media marketing or content development.
